Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original packaging with tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized post office or designated collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
